SURFACES OF EXISTING FINISHES TO MATCH THE EXISTING
CONSTRUCTION. TRANSITION NEW PATCH INTO ORIGINAL SURFACE
NEATLY WITHOUT VISUAL IMPERFECTIONS.

REFER TO FINISH SCHEDULE FOR ALL FINISHES AND MATERIALS.
3.
CONTRACTOR SHALL RECONSTRUCT, REPAIR OR REPLACE CEILINGS,
FLOORS OR WALLS THAT ARE DISTURBED ABOVE, BELOW OR AROUND
