A conceptual performative theatre artwork, inspired by the conviction, trial and
execution of Myuran Sukumaran and Andrew Chan. Myuran Sukumaran and
Andrew Chan were members of the Bali Nine. They pled guilty and asked for mercy.
Artistically visit the justice system challenging the human power within it.
On the Anniversary of their execution a new Court of Appeal takes place...

IN
COURT
You, the audience, are the jury, who are privy to an artist pleading forgiveness for a
morally ambiguous violation. The morally ambiguous stories have been gathered
from Sydney public anonymously.
The jury, collectively, make the verdict. Once the sentence is passed OR the
defendant pardoned, the jury then commits to the ongoing consequence, either
actualising the punishment or exonerating the accused. These consequences
promise to be thrilling, challenging and provocative.
The new Experiment will also showcase a never before seen Myuran painting
completed in Kerobokan prison. It has never been publicly exhibited before.

Are a circle of self lead, self initiating artists who are breathlessly consumed with
human perception. We conduct intimate social experiments utilising audience
intuition. There is a core group of anarchy artists. Each new work individually
curates additional artists. All our work is FREE PUBLIC ART.

This artwork takes place at The Two Wolves, a volunteer driven social enterprise, a
not for profit community cantina who aims to take part in conversations around
faith, social justice and life. With a vibrant young team united by a common desire
to serve others and a simple street food menu, they offer an eclectic and inspiring
experience.
