Tenth Dems University doesn’t have a campus, hasn’t hired a full-time faculty,
and has no plans for celebrating homecoming festivities or fielding a football
team. What we do offer, however, is a chance for you to become a bettereducated voter, a more active and effective political volunteer, and to learn the
skills you need if you ever want to run for public office.

Panelists include Toni Preckwinkle, Cook County Board President and Josina
Morita, candidate for Commissioner of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation
District of Chicago. A third panelist will be announced. The panel will be
moderated by author and lecturer Rebecca Sive, Academic Director of the
Women in Public Leadership Executive Education Program at the Harris School
of Public Policy, The University of Chicago.
