HISTORY OF THE SOCIETY
ANNUAL MEETINGS
The Fuller Society was founded in 1992 at
Friendship, Maine, by Mary Lee
Merrill and has over 200 members in the
U. S. and in Canada. The Society
publishes a newsletter three times during
the year; March, July and November to
keep members informed of the activities of
the Society.
A general membership meeting is held
annually during the months of August,
September or October. Previous meetings
have been held in Wilmington, DE;
Plymouth, MA; Williamsburg, VA; Cape
May, NJ; Portland, ME; Sandwich, MA;
San Diego, CA; Sedona, AZ; Lancaster &
Philadelphia, PA; Charleston, SC;
Bennington, VT; Lake George, NY;
Alexandria, VA; and Concord, MA.
Activities related to the meeting site are
planned in conjunction with sightseeing
trips to points of interest. Guest speakers
address topics of genealogical and
historical interest.
The Queries Section of the newsletter
helps those having problems with lineages
and lines of descent. It is free to all
members. Lineage requests will be
published as space allows.
