Please complete this form and return it to Di Cokes by 22.5.17.
Handing in:
Pictures etc should be delivered to the Town Hall between 4.45 pm and 5.15 pm on
Friday 26.5.17. We cannot accept them before that time.
Collecting:
Unsold items should be collected between 5 pm and 5.30 pm on the final day of
the exhibition. Please do not arrive earlier.
Guidance Notes
Framed pictures
•
Clips to be covered with brown gummed tape.
•
Two screw eyes to be placed 1/3 way down.
•
Cord or wire for hanging must be fairly tight across - not showing above
frame or hanging out at side of work (tape cord ends to avoid this)
Label on back of painting detailing: title, medium, artist and contact details
Browser pictures
•
Must be mounted and wrapped in clear cellophane.
WWPC will provide labels for the front of your pictures.

Paintings must be the Artist's original work.
Copies of another Artist's work or professionally taken photographs
will not be accepted.

Every member is entitled to have one picture hung.
•
Care will be taken with the exhibits, but the Committee cannot be held
responsible for loss or damage. The WWPC recommends you insure your
pictures appropriately.
•
Members may submit 3 works (plus two reserves) for hanging. The Hanging
Committee will endeavour to hang as many as space allows. If any picture
exceeds 24” in any direction, including frame, only 3 pictures can be
submitted with no reserve (this does not affect your right to put 4 mounted
pictures in the browser)
