This innovation is very important because it is the law which means it
is the first step ahead of all the innovations. This innovation
introduces to the welfare, newspapers, books etc. Without this
innovation nothing would be right in the country, as people will
begin to commit crime, die and more. All the other innovations are
built by this law, as this decides for it will do. If there is no law, all
the arches, aqueducts, newspapers, etc, would not be there. The law
comes first, and the rest of the other innovations come later.
