Rules of the campaign “Start your spring with a new bike from
Sportland!“
1. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1.1. The terms and conditions of the campaign is a document which regulates the principles and
rules of the consumer game organised by SWEDBANK AS, registry code 10060701, address
Liivalaia 8, Tallinn (hereinafter: Swedbank), which are mandatory to all the participants in the
campaign.
2. CAMPAIGN
2.1. The campaign shall be held from 27.02.2017 – 09.04.2017.
2.2. All private clients of Swedbank who order at least one lottery ticket from the bonus
programme of Swedbank during the campaign shall participate in the prize draw.
3. ORDERING LOTTERY TICKETS
3.1. It is possible to order one gift, incl. one order for (a) lottery ticket(s) from the bonus
programme.
3.2. Lottery tickets can be ordered from the address www.swedbank.ee/preemiapunktid.
3.2.1. Lottery tickets of prize: 1 lottery ticket – 40 bonus points; 2 lottery tickets – 80 bonus
points; 4 lottery tickets – 160 bonus points; 10 lottery tickets – 400 bonus points; 20 lottery
tickets – 800 bonus points.
3.3 Every lottery ticket provides one vote in the respective prize draw.
3.4. Employees of Swedbank or Swedbank consolidation group companies registered in Estonia
and operating here cannot order lottery tickets or participate in the prize draw.
3.5. By ordering a lottery ticket, each participant in the campaign shall confirm that they accept
these rules and all final decisions of Swedbank.
4. PRIZE
4.1 One Bottecchia bike. The winner of a prize draw will be able to choose between a women’s
city bike Bottecchia 213 or men’s cross-country bike Bottecchia 125.

4.2 The winner will have to pick up their chosen bike at the Sportland store they have previously
selected within one month after the price draw, but no later than 12.05.2017.
5. PRIZE DRAW
5.1. A committee of Swedbank which consists of three members shall organise the prize draw on
12th April 2017.
5.2. Swedbank shall contact the winner within five business days following the prize draw using
the winner’s contact telephone number Swedbank holds in its database.
5.3. If, for reasons beyond the control of Swedbank, it has not been possible to contact the
winner within five business days of the prize draw (e.g. the winner’s telephone number in the
database of Swedbank is incorrect, not valid or does not function temporarily) or if the winner
has turned down the prize, a new winner shall be drawn.
5.4. The prize shall not be replaced by a prize of another type or compensated for in money,
except if Swedbank decides to replace the prize with another equivalent prize.
5.5 Clients who, as of the date of the prize draw, have any debts to Swedbank AS cannot take
part in the price draw.
6. WINNER
6.1. The winner of the prize shall, no later than on 18th April 2017, notify Swedbank of their wish
to receive the prize set out in clause 4.1.
6.2. By notifying of their wish to receive the prize, the winner shall also grant their permission to
Swedbank to use their name in the articles of information sheets and newsletters of Swedbank
and on the website of Swedbank at www.swedbank.ee. Swedbank shall not pay the winner of
the prize any additional fee for using their name.
6.3. The winner will have to pick up their chosen bike at the Sportland store they have previously
selected within one month after the price draw, but no later than 12.05.2017. Otherwise
Swedbank has the right to organize a new prize draw and choose a new winner.
6.4 The prize can be picked up, with a personal identification document, from a previously agreed
upon Sportland store across Estonia.
6.5. The winner shall have the right to give their prize to a third person along with all the rights
and obligations arising therefrom.
7. LIABILITY
7.1. Swedbank shall not be liable for a failure to use the prize for reasons depending on the
winner.
7.2. Swedbank shall not be liable for any possible harm that the winner of the prize may incur
while using the prize.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1. Swedbank shall have a unilateral right to make specifications in the rules of the campaign by
notifying thereof on the website of the bank at www.swedbank.ee.
8.2. In the event of force majeure Swedbank shall have a unilateral right to discontinue the
campaign and not issue the prize by notifying the participants in the campaign thereof
immediately through the Internet Bank of Swedbank.

8.3. Swedbank shall deem as force majeure any circumstances beyond the control of Swedbank
and in the case of which it cannot be presumed from the principle of reasonableness that
Swedbank should or could have considered or avoided when launching the campaign.
8.4. Swedbank shall pay all state fees related to the prize.
8.5. Any disputes arising from the prize draw shall be resolved pursuant to the legislation of the
Republic of Estonia.
Swedbank shall review any complaints related to the prize draw and sent to the address
[email protected] within ten banking days of their arrival at the given e-mail address. For
