6 And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of
God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.

Oh, my. This United States is rotten to the core. Yes, sir. I can prove to you
the very time when... This woman here, back in Revelations 12, when the...
Her man Child was caught up to set on God's throne, and when it did, the
woman fled into the wilderness where she was taken care of for a
thousand two hundred and threescore days to exactly the date of Plymouth
Rock, exactly, where the church come over here for freedom of religion,
and she established here.
And we'll read on down in 13th chapter of Revelations here, and look here at
the 15th verse. And now, just a minute, I want to go back before that, and we see
here where that He was standing here by the seaside. Now, if I can just find the
place where, the 11th verse.
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth... (not out of water,
out of the earth).
Then, the thickness and multitudes of people is water, then this is where
there was no people, the United States.
And he had two horns like a lamb...
"Two horns like a lamb," not a lamb. What is it? It's our American buffalo.
Sure. See, there he is, "two horns like a lamb." But then what did he do?
He had freedom of religion, first; he acted like a lamb; he spoke like a lamb.
But remember, he never did become an old ram. He was a lamb. This
country is only a hundred and fifty years old, you know, just a lamb.
... and then he spake like a dragon.

11 And I beheld another beast (power) coming up out of the earth; and he
had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the
earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound
was healed.
13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on
the earth in the sight of men,
14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles
which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on
the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a
sword, and did live.
15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the
beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image
of the beast should be killed.
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to
receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of
the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast:
for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

And he exercised all the power... the first beast had before him... (the red
dragon)... and caused all that was on the earth, that dwelled upon the
earth to worship the beast, whose deadly wound was healed. (Look!)
And he does great wonders, so to make him a fire come down out of
heaven... (The atomic bomb, and hydrogen; smart, intelligent nation, and
so forth, deceiving the nations by these things.)
55 This United States will come to a time that church and state will unite
together. And Protestant and Catholic will throw their things together to
fight communist. And it's exactly playing in the hands of what God said
right here. And you Protestants laying yonder, sound asleep, reading a
love-story magazine instead of your Bible.

Now watch. And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she had a place
prepared of God, (a wilderness, the church now) that she should be fed a thousand
two hundred and threescore days.
66 Which we had it on the Hebrews; we'll get back on this maybe tonight. I like to
prove you. From the persecution of the church and all through those dark
ages, the people come over here… What is American? America was
established at Plymouth Rock for one purpose: freedom of religion. Is that
right? And the Bible said that she "fled from the dragon and had a place

that false system of Jezebel. And according to the Bible, of Revelation, the
13th chapter, God had promised them an oasis, and a place, for the woman
was carried into the wilderness where she was fed for a time, time, and a
dividing of time. God had made the promise to America, or to the church
(to the woman), to come into this country.
34 Did you notice Revelation 13? All the other beasts had come up out of the
sea, waters; Revelation 17:17, said, “The waters which thou sawest is thickness
and multitudes of people.” All the other beasts, they come up out of the water,
thickness and multitudes of people. But when the United States come up, “It
come up out of the earth where there was no people.” And remember,
when it come up, it looked like a little lamb.

So that's what this nation has done. That's what this people has
done. That's what these churches has done. They've turned It down, and
they've crucified the Message. They've crucified the Truth, to the people.
How'd they do Jesus? They put Him to shame, stripped His clothes off of
Him, hung Him up on a cross and nailed Him up there, the Prince of Life.
The same thing they've done today with their creeds!

before the church, the shadow of the world crosses the moon. And the shadow of
worldlyism, the shadow of worldliness, worldly church, has swept across
to blackout the entire Light of the Bible.

191 What is it? Joining in with the ecclesiastical bunch. The—the
ecumenical move, and with the World Council of Churches, has drove every
man… What does that thing stand for? Why, you have to surrender all your
evangelical teachings and things. "How can two walk together 'less they be
agreed?" They can't. Jesus said they can't. And how can a church, the Methodist
and Baptists walk together? How can the Church of Christ walk with the
Presbyterians? How can the Catholic walk with the Protestant? How can Protestant
walk with Protestant?

This new Calvary is the church, so-called, most holy places, great
pulpits, Catholicism altar, Catholic altar, called their pulpit. The Methodist,
the Baptist, the Presbyterian, the Lutheran, the Pentecostals, the most
holy places, there He receives His hardest pierces. A new Calvary! Where is
it found at? In the holy places, the church.

I've got a right to indict this generation. I've got a right to do it, as
a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, with His signs, and proving that He
is God. I got a right to bring indictment against this generation. Cause, His
hardest spear points has been right from the pulpits, where they've
criticized and said, "Don't go out to hear that stuff. That's of the devil."
Right in the place that's supposed to love Him!

And the very signs that Jesus said would take place, "The Word of
God is sharper than a two-edged sword; the Word, a discerner of the
thoughts, of the intents of the heart." And It's called the devil, where from?
The pulpits, the holy places.
Greatest Battle #25
[55-3] In Russia, I’m going to say this for the benefit of the veterans, and so
forth, you Bible students. Why are you fussing and hollering about Russia? Now
there you are. Prophet of God said don’t do it. You don’t hear me telling you to
build a bomb shelter do you? Then why are they spending all these billions on
missiles, everything else. Russia isn’t anything, she’s not going to win any
wars, she isn’t going to conquer any world.
No, because the minute she fires her bombs on America, and the Vatican,
God comes down and wipes the whole thing out. Communism is nothing
more nor less than one of the feet of religion, which came down from
Rome. When the pope took over the titles of the Babylonian kings, and
they became vicars, and so on.

You can read the history itself, it’s in Hyslops book. Nobody can confute it
or refute it, it’s absolutely true. The history and the records are there. You can
actually buy a book today, the records of all the popes, and you can get all the
records any time you want, of all the Protestants. And you’re going to find right
here in America, that America has made the image to the beast. Absolutely.
American money went to Europe, took pretty well over where the old Roman
empire was, where Rome was for centuries. Got the whole thing back into the
net. America with the Marshall Plan and everything else. America’s built
the image, and America will extend the invitation to the pope, as they are
doing now to take it over, and the pope will take it over. I don’t blame him
one bit. He’s destined to do it, let him do it. But America’s done it. The
Protestants have done it. The very trap they come out of, they’ve gone
right back in, which is organization.
61. You cannot listen to God and man at the same time. And said, “Cursed is man
who makes flesh his arm.” You can’t do it, “Cursed is the man who goes back to
Egypt.” You can’t do it.

[55-3] She isn’t going to conquer any world. Communism isn’t going to conquer
any world. What’s the matter with people? God’s Word. Can God’s Word fail?
[55-4] Listen, it’s on tape now. To the world I speak where these tapes go. You
people here, no matter what happens to me, you believe this: Russia,
communism isn’t going to conquer anything. God’s Word can’t fail.
Romanism, it’s gonna conquer the world. Romanism is gonna conquer the
world. Watch out for organization, it’s an Ecumenism. That’s the thing.
Nicolaitanism, ministry, the hierarchy, organized to suppress the people.

Now, right now, brother/sister, because of the political system, because of
the tax situation, everybody’s worrying. What about the Stock Market? Well fine,
what about it? What about the Social Security? What about it? I admit these
things, these are causing great concern in the world, as though they meant
anything. What really means one thing is this. Romanism, through the
image that the Protestant’s built, all the Churches getting together, are
going to condemn billions to the Lake of Fire. What are you going to worry
about Social Security?

Let me tell you something. I’ve had to face life without money
many times, under conditions you know nothing of here. I’m still here and
I’ll be here. These things are problems, fear gets in on every side. But
have you really begun to fear organization? Why do you think I lash out about
these preachers that got their people organized? I’ve said time after time, I say it
again, it’s on tapes, and I care less who hears and fusses at it. They say, we
believe what Lee Vayle believes. Hogwash they do, because they’ll have you
hanging onto their skirts and believing them.

So all right, “The Greatest Battle” we have, is absolutely what?
Taking the Word that the prophet brought us. Casting down every thought
that is contrary to It. If he says a certain thing is it, and it’s done a certain
way, then that’s the way it is. And that’s a toughie. Now that makes good
tough soldiers. But you know something? If you’re really trained in the
marines, and the army, or the air force, I don’t care where you’re trained.
If you’re really trained, as a truly valuable soldier, you know only one
thing. To follow commands, that’s all you know. By the Grace of God,
we’re going to follow His commands. We’re going to try to get more and
more into this Word, brother/sister.
