Department of Business Administration Ms. Sramek presented the new course addition, LGLA 1307 Introduction to Law and the Legal Professions. The new course will combine curriculum being taught in two courses, LGLA 1311 Introduction to Law and LGLA 1313 Introduction to Paralegal Studies. All three courses share similar student learning outcomes and textbooks. The consolidation of courses provides students with one additional substantive law class elective of LGLA 1341, 1353, or 2309. The Paralegal Advisory Committee recommended the revisions. The changes also enhance the employment marketability for program students.
