This is the AACT CH Section Mid– Winter Meeting:
We are going to follow the pattern set the last four years of having a meeting
focusing on technological innovation and equipment. Computer Aided Technology
will be speaking on recent technology improvements as well as 3D scanning that
allows an artistic flair to 3D printing projects. Attendees will have a basic review
of 3D printing and have an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about
utilizing this tool for confection research.
