2015 Summer Reading Assignments
Grade 7
Incoming seventh grade students will read a total of four books over the summer. Read the
boxes below for book choices. Students must choose two from the fiction list and one from
the nonfiction list. Students must read one additional book of their own choosing. The book
must be grade appropriate. Students will turn in one report on each book, using the papers
attached. All four papers are due on the first day of school and will be graded as part of the
first quarter assignments. Students should also be prepared to discuss the books and take part
in activities based on the books.
