International competence is essential for the success of a business leader and global partnerships are one of HHL’s key assets. For
that reason HHL now offers, additionally to the Global Immersion Seminar, which takes place in Boston, a study abroad option as
­elective module within the part-time Master Program in Business Administration (MBA). Fully i­ ntegrated in the program structure it
opens new possibilities to gain and to foster international experiences during your MBA studies at HHL. We serve our students with
more than 120 partner universities from all over the world. New partner universities this year are e. g.: McMaster University, DeGroote
School of Business Toronto and Hawai’i Pacific University, College of Business Administration. The courses taken abroad will be part
of the student’s performance record and are given equal value considering the overall grades at HHL.
Advanced Modules
Within the Track General Management you have to select 4 out of 7 elective fields. By combining different functional perspectives, the
elective modules deepen and broaden your knowledge in an integrative way. This approach ensures that you gain expertise in your
personal fields of i­ nterest and learn to s­ elect and combine a variety of research instruments and management tools. Each elective field
focuses on topics which address c­ urrent academic research topics as well as current challenges of managerial practice.
