Thank you for notif"ing us of the above application.
We have three objections to the proposal as follows.
We renew our objection to the removal of the major oak tree on plot 4.
The garden is sufficiently large to permit the house being built ftirther
forward with access still possible from Blackwater Lane.

2. Houses on plots 4 and 5 appear to be identical whereas all other
houses in this section of the Lane are individually designed.
3. We refer to the driveways
of the houses on plots 4 and 5 which are
both directly opposite our own drive making a potential danger by virtue
of cars reversing into each other.
This danger wo&d be averted if the two driveways were reversed as in
red on the drawing enclosed.
We would be glad to withdraw our objection to the plan if the above can
be accommodated.
