Woodward Wildcat Hurdlers If you’re interested in improving your hurdling technique, I recommend that you complete the following stretches/exercises everyday to improve your flexibility and strength. You should do these on the weekends and on practice days if you don’t complete these stretches in practice. Hold this stretch for 30 seconds and switch legs. Do this twice for each leg.
