How to respond and submit as
an SME
The shorter Small-Medium Sized Enterprise (SME) version of the questionnaire is available to companies responding
to the Supply Chain questionnaire which meet both the following criteria:
 Fewer than 250 employees

Annual turnover of less than 50 million Euros or US dollars
The SME version is not available to companies doing Investor climate change questionnaire.

Login, and open the questionnaire:

When you click OK, you will get a pop up window asking you to complete your sector
and country information. If you satisfy both of the criteria and wish to do the shorter
information request for SMEs, please tick both boxes. This will give you the option to
do the SME version.
On the respond page, click the Respond Now button to open the questionnaire.

On the ORS home page, click Answer Questionnaire.
Click the tick box to get the introduction questions.
Make sure you select Yes in question 0.5 to get the shorter information request.

Once you save the introduction, you will get the Climate Change questions, visible in
the top menu. As you see, some questions (1 and 4 for example) are excluded in the
shorter version of the questionnaire.
The SME is a selected subset of the main questionnaire, rather than a different set
of questions.
When you are ready to submit, go back to the ORS home page.
Accept the terms and conditions by ticking the first box, and decide whether the
response is public or private in the second box. Click submit button to continue.

Some validation rules will then be run on your data. This is just for your information,
so click Continue if you wish to carry on and submit.
Confirm once more

And now your response is submitted.
Once you have submitted successfully, you will see that there is a date in the middle
column, and you will also receive a confirmation email with your response
