GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
BELLYFIT
Expect a fabulous workout
combining the fun of dance
aerobics inspired by belly dance,
African dance and bollywood, with
the mindfulness of pilates and the
spiritual integrity of yoga.
BELLYFIT FLOW
Bellyfit Flow™ unites a rhythmic
yoga flow with Belly Dance,
Bollywood and African Dance. Done
entirely on a Yoga mat, this one
hour class offers a seamless fusion
of Yoga inspired poses combined
with Bellyfit’s signature dance and
fitness elements, and set to an
incredible, inspiring soundtrack from
start to sweaty finish.
BOOT CAMP
Participants will enjoy a diverse fun
filled high energy class with the
objective of maintaining a good
fitness level and feeling great!
CONDITIONING 101
Conditioning 101 is a full body
conditioning class suitable for all
fitness levels. It is designed to
improve strength and endurance
through a variety of strength and
cardio conditioning exercises.

LIVE will have you bustin’ out full
dance routines to the hottest music
tracks. Get sweaty, gain confidence,
and get an amazing workout!
CORE WORKOUT
Core-specific strengthening and
stretching that utilize various
resistance devises and body weight.
COUNTRY HEAT
Wearing specially designed rebound
boots (provided), you will benefit
from a great cardio workout while
toning your core as you balance.
This class is low impact and fun for
any level of fitness.
Love country music? Love to
dance? Then put them together in
one totally fun class! This is truly
the dance workout anyone can do
because the moves are so simple
to learn. So whether you’re a dance
newbie or you’ve already got great
moves, you’re gonna love stepping
it up to the hottest country
hits around!
BOUNCE FIT BOOTCAMP
EASY FIT MIX
BOUNCE FIT
Wearing specially designed rebound
boots (provided), this boot camp is
a low impact, cardio-based workout.
Be prepared to BURN
and FIRM!
BODY BLAST
A full body workout using a variety
of equipment (weights, medicine
balls, body bars, resistance bands
and more). Each class is different,
maximizing muscle confusion and
keeping this class fun and exciting!

non-aggressive, low impact total
body workout that offers great variety
and a little something for everyone!
FITNESS FOR BREATH
This respiratory program is
designed as a post-rehabilitation
program for individuals who have
chronic lung disease such as COPD,
Pulmonary Fibrosis, chronic asthma
etc. This program is designed as a
resource for individuals to continue
exercising after rehabilitation. This
program is run in partnership with
the Lung Association of Ontario.
FITNESS 360
This class includes a variety of
fitness elements from cardio, step,
strength, dance, stretching and
more suitable for all ages and
fitness levels.
GENTLE YOGA
This class has traditional yoga
elements, but with a more
(physically) gentle approach.
Designed for all individuals
including those with physical
limitations. Chairs available.
INSANITY
It’s not your typical interval
workout. You’ll do cardio and
plyometric drills with intervals of
strength, power, resistance, and
core training. It all happens in long
bursts of maximum-intensity
exercises with short periods of rest,
so you can get crazy-good results.
CARDIO KICKBOXING
This program is for beginners
looking for an introduction to a
stress relieving workout you’ll ever
have in your life! Have a great time
punching and kicking your way into
amazing shape.
PIYO
PiYo® LIVE combines the musclesculpting, core-firming benefits of
Pilates with the strength and
flexibility of flowing yoga movements.
You’ll use your body weight to
perform a series of continuous,
targeted moves to define every
single muscle-big and small. We
crank up the music, the speed, and
the fun to give you an intense, yet
low-impact workout that will burn
crazy calories for a long, lean,
beautiful physique.
POUND FITNESS
POUND® is a full-body, easy to
follow, cardio jam session,
combining light resistance with
constant simulated drumming. The
workout fuses cardio, pilates,
isometric movements, plyometrics
and isometric poses. Strengthen
and sculpt infrequently used
muscles, and drum your way to a
leaner, slimmer physique--all while
rocking out to your favorite music!
STRETCH & TONE
Strengthen and tone your muscles
to facilitate everyday living activities
and improve quality of life. Finish
with a lengthy stretch to maintain or
increase flexibility. A variety of light
equipment will be used. For those
participants not wanting to use
mats, exercise modifications using
chairs will be demonstrated.
SWEAT & SCULPT
Full body equipment and
bodyweight based workout;
including muscle conditioning,
cardio, intervals, circuits, core and
more! Medium to High Intensity
– but suitable for all fitness levels.
It’s “your” workout!
VINYASA YOGA
a physical exercise that links
movement and breath to flow from
one pose to the next. This class is
both energizing and refocusing; it
includes sun salutations, standing
poses, balancing postures, seated
and reclining poses, and backbends.
HATHA YOGA
This yoga program features Hatha
Yoga: a physical exercise that relies
on sequences of postures designed
to align your muscles and bones.
Focusing on your spine.
YOGA FITNESS
Yoga Fitness incorporates regular
sequences that become familiar
to students, but incorporates
variations to modify, intensify, or
challenge the body by altering the
pace or duration of poses, and the
frequency that they are repeated
YOGA FOR BODY
AWARENESS
This restorative program combines
gentle yoga, relaxation techniques
and self-care massage using therapy
balls. Individuals who are fit can feel
challenged, while those working
with injuries, fatigue, or illnesses
can feel supported and encouraged.
YOGALATES
Combining the benefits of yoga
poses and pilates exercises with
breath awareness and relaxation.
Develop your core strength and
stabilization, as well as increasing
your joint flexibility and muscular
strength. Be steady and strong,
both inside and out.
ZUMBA
With a hint of Latin flavor and
international zest, Zumba
incorporates easy-to-follow
moves into a fitness program
that will blow you away.
YOGA POWER
This dynamic and challenging class
focuses on building strength,
reducing stress and increasing
mental clarity while moving with
your breath. Students will move
thru fast paced sequences and with
awareness of proper alignment,
providing an opportunity to increase
stamina while ensuring body
awareness. Get ready to sweat and
feel great!
