Float Switch 7030
The float switches 7030 belongs to a new generation of float switches where the mercury
switches used previously have been replaced with up-to-date environment friendly materials.
Float Switch 7030
Because float switches are often used in environmentally sensitive engineering systems such
as pumping stations and sewage plants, it is very important that the switches do not contain
mercury.
When used for control or alarm in pumping stations, the float switches can be easily damaged
during the replacement of pump and other machinery.

Electrode Control 501
The Electrode Control 501 is a simple and low cost system for the control of level.
The system includes a level relay for DIN-rail mounting combined with a range of
different level electrodes.
The Electrode Control 501 is used for the control of e.g. a pump or for detecting
high or low levels and for a level alarm. A jumper bridge determines whether to
registrate a high or low level.

Pump Controllers
MJK pump controllers come with either ultrasonic or hydrostatic level sensors, and are very suitable for monitoring and
control of levels in tanks and reservoirs. They provide many advanced functions like pump alternation over time, counting of starts and running hours for each pump, calculation of pump flow and integrated communication capability to
SCADA systems.
Pump Controller 701P
Pump Controller 701 is a compact unit for level control
of one pump and one level alarm or for two pumps
in alternating service. The Pump Controller 701P is
designed for DIN-rail mounting.
Pump Controller 701 is supplied either complete with
Expert™ Hydrostatic piezoresistive Level transmitter and
cable bracket or as a separate unit.
Suitable sensors for Pump Controller 701P are pressure
transmitter types 7070, 1400, 7060 and 3400.
Pump Controller 701P
Features:
➤ The Pump Controller 701P is supplied with a hydrostatic pressure transmitter with measuring ranges of 3, 10 or 30 m.
➤ Pump Controller 701P is calibrated via the front panel. The setting values are read on a voltmeter connected to the test sockets on the front, where 0 - 3 V corresponds to 0 - 3 m / 0 - 30 m, and 0 - 1 V corresponds to 0 - 10 m.
➤ Pressure transmitters 7060 and 3400 are made of polypropylene and suited for measurement in waste water and sludge.
➤ Pressure transmitters 7070 and 1400 are of stainless steel with a small outer diameter and are used for clean liquids, for example in water drillings.

The 704 Pump Controller is a microprocessor
controlled unit and can be used to control up to
four pumps or valves for inlet or outlet applications
between adjustable levels. Functions for control,
alarm, registration, counting and flow calculation

The SuSix® display indicates the measurement in engineering units and has a built-in data logger with a memory
of 160,000 data points with time/date stamp. The logged measurements can easily be transferred as a CSV file
to a PC using the buil-in USB port. This allows easy spreadsheet data analysis.
The SuSix® Converter has a 4-20mA output, two relays for control or alarms, and a digital input for automatic
range changes and more calibration curves. Alarms are also indicated as pop-up menus and stored in the
SuSix® converter’s alarm log.
The SuSix® display is configured by the operator so only the relevant data are indicated with an option to name
the display with a site tag name or number.
MJK’s SuSix® can work in networks with other SuSix® units, other MJK products, or with third party SCADA and
telemetry systems via is RS485 Modbus communications. The MJK Susix display can supervise, set-up and

Oxix® Dissolved Oxygen transmitter
Oxix® Sensor
Oxix® Dissolved Oxygen Transmitter is developed to measure
dissolved oxygen in water and wastewater processes. The optical
sensor has no consumable parts like membranes or chemicals,
is factory calibrated and almost maintenance free. The sensor’s
function is based on the fluorescence principle and does not
consume oxygen like standard membrane-type sensors. It is
rugged and designed to handle tough applications. The physical
outline and structure of the sensor reduce frequent cleaning to
a minimum. For extreme conditions a built-in air and water jet
cleaning system can be activated. When the sensor’s built in
tubing connection is connected to a valved air or water line, a
regular flushing of the optics can be controlled by the converter.
The Oxix® Transmitter has one 4-20 mA analogue output, two
digital outputs for process control and/or alarms, and one digital
input for resetting alarms, etc. It holds a large graphic display and
a user interface showing the actual measurement values. The
mobile phone-like menu system available in multiple languages,
together with the soft keys for operation, makes it very easy to
programme and control the instrument. The large build-in data
logger of the display unit offers 160,000 time-stamped entries. A
trend curve of the loggings for the overview of the local operator
is easily retrieved and shown in the display simply by activating a
one-push button on the unit.
The Oxix® dissolved oxygen transmitter is a unique system that
combines advanced electronics with a solid-state optical sensor.
No other dissolved oxygen system can compare with the features
and benefits of this revolutionary design.

The pHix® Compact is a new and innovative pH and Redox transmitter designed for easy
installation and maintenance with electrode, transmitter, and mounting in one unit.
The unique design of pHix® Compact eliminates high impedance electrode connections
and special hardware for mounting. With union in one end and male thread in the other
end, pHix® Compact makes mounting in pipelines and open tanks very easy.
