Platinum Program - $189/month*
This program includes:
 Two blood draws every 12 months: One extended blood panel with toxic metal testing and One basic
blood panel
 Two one-on-one consultations per year with a healthcare practitioner
 A health care practitioner will review your blood results with you and recommend tailored nutritional
supplements to meet your individual needs
 Daily supply of Vitality Packs and additional recommended supplements are provided at no additional
cost
 Dental health assessment that includes a CBCT scan (a 3-D X-ray of your oral health) that will be
reviewed by Pure North dentists (dental insurance may be utilized)
 Access to purchasing additional supplement and blood work at reduced Pure North rates

This program includes:

 A one-on-one consultation with a health care practitioner

Dental Health
Pure North recognizes the importance that dental health plays in overall health. As such, dental assessments are used to customize the program for optimal health benefits.
Pure North offers access to state-of-the-art Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) scans to provide an in-depth look into your oral health.
Tennant Clinic
The focus of the Tennant Clinic is to identify, assess and correct for a wide range of health issues such
as pain, inflammation, reduced energy, and mental wellbeing.

Heavy Metal Reduction (HMR) Treatments
Although many factors contribute to the progression of disease, heavy metals, such as lead and mercury, are known toxins and can contribute to chronic disease. Pure North is committed to identifying and
