DISINFECT – WASH MACHINE
Way of working:
• cubic box will be placed in a drum
• The drum sinks automatically and turns in
the water
• The water will be kept constantly on the
desired temperature
• By keeping the box during 5 minutes on
800C, viruses, bacterial and fungus will be
killed
• By turning het box constantly, most of the
dirt will washed out
Advantage:
• Adjustable cycles time
• Adjustable temperature
• No use of disinfection / cleaning liquid
• Isolation takes care of a short warm-up and
cool-down time
• Mails and gauze of the cubic box will not
Oxidizing by use of disinfection liquid
Optional:
• In feed, out feed conveyor
• Automation of the system
