Prescreen/Interview Process
Aacres in Seattle offers employment prescreening every Monday beginning at 10:00 am.
An applicant may bring his/her completed application to the office at this time along with
the completed background information sheet and a valid state driver's license. A current
resume may be attached to application.
During the pre screening, the applicant will be introduced to the company values and
policies and procedures. The screener will also review some of the duties and job
requirements, benefits offered by the company as well as the general pay scale for the
positions applied.
The completed application will remain active and on file for review by Program Directors
when a position opens up. Interviews will be scheduled from the pre screened pool for
available positions. If an applicant has not received a phone call within a 3 month period, it
is advised to call and follow up. Please do not call and check on the status of your
application as the screeners will not have any updated information.
