Core Member and Guest Agreement
All Core Member guests agree to complete BASIC TRAINING prior to using any feature at Woodward Tahoe. ___
All guests agree to wear HELMETS in the Bunker, outdoor parks, and Ride with Woodward. All guests agree to wear
PADS while using the launch ramps. We strongly recommend the use of other protection like wrist, knee, elbow, hip
and tailbone pads as well as specialty gear for BMX/MTB. ____
All Parents agree to remain onsite while children participate in open sessions (unless child is enrolled in Ride with
Woodward or a Private Lesson). ___
Parents understand that Woodward Tahoe is not a day care facility and that we are not responsible for your child during
open sessions should they leave the action zones or need to contact you. ___
Parents understand that they are responsible for the behaviors and actions of their children during their child’s visit at
Woodward Tahoe. We reserve the right to use soft forms of discipline that include timeouts and/or expulsion from the
facility should the child’s behavior be detrimental to the safety and positive experience of themselves, other guests, staff,
and the facility in general. ___
Parents understand that Woodward Tahoe is committed to the safety of their children but are not responsible for
inappropriate or dangerous behaviors and actions chosen and performed by their children or other children. ___
All guests agree to support our Zero Tolerance rules: no smoking, drugs, alcohol, illegal, illicit, or abusive behavior and
no vandalism or intentional destruction of property. ___
Skate, BMX, MTB, and Scooter Only Guests agree to use only the concrete park in the Bunker and the outdoor skate
parks and agree to learn the rules of the skate parks prior to using them. These guests may not use the trampolines,
foam pits, launch pad, pump track, or the Trenches. ___
No outside food or drink is allowed inside the Bunker. ___
Only paying participants are allowed beyond the gates in the Bunker or in any of the outdoor action zones. ___
Users understand that the park boards and park ski are experimental and the bindings in use are designed for use on
snow. User accepts the inherent risk of injury due to any malfunction of equipment or otherwise. User agrees to inspect
equipment prior to using it and return equipment in reasonable condition. _____
