Doors open at 8 am

Dressing rooms C, D, and E open at 12:30 pm

Do not park in the lower level


Do not use main front entrance
Dressing rooms C,D, and E will be staffed at 1:15 pm.
Parents are responsible until 1:15 pm..

Use lower level entrance on south side of building

Dressing rooms A, B, F and G will be staffed and open at
1:30 pm.

Use your assigned dressing room (see attached)


Please bring:
Please bring all students ages 3 through 1st grade completely dressed.
Costumes

Do not park in the lower level
Headpieces and accessories

Do not use main front entrance
Tights

Have your guests use main front entrance.
Shoes

Use lower level entrance on south side of building
Safety pins

Students are never allowed in the auditorium the day of
the recital. Go straight to dressing rooms.
Everything necessary for hair and make up

Put student’s name on everything

Use your assigned dressing room. (see attached)

Hats must have elastic (clear, nude or camouflaged with
makeup), unless it is used as a prop

Do all hair and make up before you arrive.


Not allowed in dressing rooms:
No:
Hot rollers
Chewing gum
Curling irons
Nail polish
Flat irons
Jewelry
Food
Panties
Drinks

Parents must leave dressing rooms by 1:30 pm.

For security reasons: No one is allowed backstage after
1:30 pm.
Students should be seated in the auditorium in costume
at their assigned time. Please refer to the attached
schedule.

No flash photography allowed

All dancers are required to participate in the finale.

No food or drinks in auditorium or dressing rooms

When the final curtain closes:

Flash photography is allowed at dress rehearsal.

Parents are responsible for all costume changes.

Hair ages 3-1st grade-pulled securely away from face

Hair grades 2 and up in a bun whenever possible

Do not come backstage to dressing rooms to pick
up students until curtain opens.

EVERYONE MUST ATTEND DRESS REHEARSAL
Look for your title to determine what time you need to be at the Civic Center for your rehearsal. Dancers should be dressed
in full costume and seated in the auditorium at their rehearsal time. Dancers need only to attend at their appointed time.
All dancers are required to attend the Finale rehearsal, 1:30-2:30 pm.
Dressing rooms will be open at 8:00 am for the first session to begin at 9:00 am.
