Q: What was your favorite moment from this season? A: Watching the 800 Free Relay break the school record and achieve the NCAA “A” standard which qualified them for the NCAA Championship. Having all four ladies come together and do their part was something special. Q:How did the freshman class live up to your expectations this season? A: In the beginning I think there was a learning curve. We had some ups and downs in the fall, however by midseason I felt the freshman class as a whole were trying to challenge themselves on a daily basis. Q: How much of an impact did the seniors this season impact the team in and out of the pool? A: Watching this senior class grow up over the last four years has been pretty special. They have led in and out of the pool for the last four years. We couldn’t have done the things we did the past four years without them. They will all be missed. Q: The team has a lot of clowns – who has been the funniest this season? A: Aiden Lister without a doubt. The things that come out of her mouth just make you laugh. She keeps us all entertained daily. Q: What are your expectations for next season? A: We will strive to be the smartest team on campus and impact the community with our community service. In the pool we want to compete to be in the top half of the SEC and be a TOP 25 team at the NCAA Championships. Q: What is next year’s incoming class going to bring to the table? A: We have a strong group of incoming freshman and transfer student-athletes. We expect them to do their very best and be a positive impact in the classroom and the pool. This could be one of our best recruiting classes ever. I expect our newcomers to train and compete that way. I want them to walk the talk! 2015 HOGSPY AWARDS Swimming and Diving Winners: Razorback Leadership Academy Leaders of Distinction: Nikki Daniels Female Rookie of the Year: Chelsea Tatlow Female Scholar Athlete of the Year: Nikki Daniels 1 DUAL MEET HIGHLIGHTS AT Arkansas women’s swimming downed the Vanderbilt Commodores, 152-103, Saturday afternoon in the Centennial Sportsplex.
