forest . They live in trees and in
caves . That is where they find

the trees.
What does our animals look like ?
Adaptation 1
• Behavioral adaptations of jaguars include the ability to swim,
nocturnal lifestyle and hunting techniques. Like other large cats,
jaguars practice a unique method of killing prey, called occipital
crunching. They pierce the skulls of prey with one bite of their
powerful jaws, which kills victims instantly.
Adaptations 2
• The Gray Wolf has many adaptations that help it survive. It has teeth and
claws for hunting. The fur of the gray wolf is a great insulator and it can
keep out moisture. The hearing and their sense of smell are a lot better than
humans have. The fleshy paws they have are better for traction in the winter.
A white tailed deer has made several adaptations to survive in this
changing world. Deer have very strong muscles in their legs that make them
capable of reaching speeds of up to 30 miles per hour. They are very agile,
which proves to be very helpful for outrunning predators like the red wolf,
panther, or coyote. in a way that gives them really good night vision.
What are my animals pray?
• For the Jaguar there pray is deer and anaconda etc….. The gray wolf eat
roe deer wild boar moose and red deer white tailed deer eat grasses
mushrooms shoots but mostly grass
Body part adaptations
• Yes because jaguar has eye adaptation with night vison a wolf has a moisture
adaptation with wet ness and the white tailed deer have very strong muscles
and another jaguar adaptation is there powerful jaw for the bones
Does your animal have any behavior
adaptation?
• Jaguars have adapted to stalk their prey stealthily because they
have learned The environment familiar to a gray wolf changes
rapidly an White-tailed deer bounce around to
confuse the predator that is coming after them. Deer
can reach up to 40mph and also can jump up to d they must
change accordingly. The gray wolf is a predator it manly eats
bunnies
What is it and why does it have this adaptation?
• Gray wolf have thick foot pads on the bottoms of there paws to
prevent thermal heat loose in cold weather it has this
adaptation because if it loose body heat it will die
A jaguar
needs to be able to see at night to catch Its prey so it does not
die of hunger white tailed deer have strong muscles because it
needs to be capable to run up to a speed of 30 miles per hour
