It is hereby declared that Section 2, Subsection (l), of the
Lord’s Day (Ontario) Act, 1960-61, applies in the Township of
Etobicoke after 1:30 p.m. of the Lord’s Day and that the said
Subsection (1) shall apply to the exhibition of moving pictures,
theatrical performances, concerts and lectures.

It is hereby declared that Section 1 of the Lord’s Day (Ontario)
Act, R.S.O. 1950, c. 218, is, from the date of the passing of this
Article, in force in the Town of Mimic0 and that, pursuant to the
said provisions, it is lawful for any person between 1:30 p.m. and
11:OO p.m. of the Lord’s Day to provide, engage in or be present at
any public game or sport that is specified in this Article or to do or
engage any other person to do any work, business or labour in
connection with any such public game or sport which, but for the
said Act, would be unlawful under Section 4 of the Lord’s Day Act
(Canada) 1950.

A. The operation of indoor bowling-alleys for five-pin and tenpin bowling in bowling-alleys
