State each goal as a positive statement - Express your goals in a positive, optimistic manner. Ex: “I need to be more positive,” instead of “I need to stop being negative.” Set priorities - When you have numerous goals, give each a priority in order to avoid feeling overwhelmed. This will help you direct your attention to the ones that require the most energy and effort. Don’t be Stubborn with yourself - Revise your goals as necessary to reflect your priorities and take into consideration how circumstances can change. Success is progress, not perfection- Remember that you do not need to achieve your goals overnight. Just taking steps towards them and progressing is success.
