• Site encompasses 277 acres, which includes a grain elevator, two
fertilizer warehouses and rail access to the nearby CSX rail line
• More than 20,000 cubic yards of concrete have been used through
Phase 1 of the project

Agronomy Dry Fertilizer Facts
• 30,000 ton capacity dry fertilizer building
• Ability to unload 7 cars per hour, a unit train of dry fertilizer in
12-14 hours
• Ability to load out 185 tons per hour
- Trucks can be turned at a rapid pace to keep equipment
operating efficiently in the field
• The dry fertilizer building is 53,200 square feet
- Equivalent to 1.2 acres under roof
- Nearly the same amount as a football field

• Currently 1.5 million bushels of grain storage in concrete house
- In the process of adding an additional 1.7 million bushels of
storage in steel bins
• Concrete silos are 140 feet tall
• Main receiving leg reaches 190 feet in height

- Utilizes 657 tons of rebar, which is equal to the weight of 88
elephants
- 7,650 cubic yards of concrete in above ground and below
ground portions of elevator
• Ability to load a unit train of grain in 7-8 hours
- Equivalent to roughly 1,800 acres of corn production or 6,000
acres of soybean production
