I was flagged down by Dusty at W 27th street and Avenue B. I made contact with Dusty, who
said his motorcycle bearing 21 MC 2075 was parked on the east side of Russell's next to
the alley around 4:30pm. Dusty said his helmet was on the bike and not locked to the
bike. Dusty said he noticed his helmet missing around 5:00pm. Dusty said the helmet is a
half helmet that is black in color and has a chip on the top. Dusty said the helmet has
red pinstripes on it and skulls. Dusty said he felt someone walking in the alley took
the helmet. I couldn't locate any evidence in the area and documented incident with report.

On 03/27/14 at 2313 hours, I was dispatched to the Veterans Home in reference to a
resident that had been robbed. Upon arrival I made contact with the victim who stated
while he was outside smoking, a male approached him and stole his wallet from him then
took off running east. After reviewing security cameras it showed a male enter the
smoking hut, steal the wallet then take off running. There are no known suspects at this

On 03/28/14 at approximately 1315 the communications center advised me that Deputy
Shepard with the Scottsbluff Sheriff's Department saw Steven Crane walking on Avenue I
near stable club road. The communications center confirmed that Steven had an active
warrant for his arrest. I went to his residence at 33 Terry Boulevard. I saw Steven
standing near the back porch. I contacted Steven and he identified himself as Steven
Crane born on 11-09-1988. I then handcuffed Steven, checked for fit, and double locked
the cuffs. I transported Steven to the Scottsbluff County Detention Center. The warrant
doc number is 353045. The warrant is for failure to appear for trespassing and criminal mischief.

On 03/29/2014 I made contact with a juvenile male hunched over the steering wheel of his
running vehicle. When contact was made a box of cigarettes was located resting on his
driver side door. When the box was opened, I located a small plastic sandwich baggy with
a green leafy substance that smelled of raw marijuana. The juvenile was cited for
possession of marijuana less than an oz. and minor in possession of tobacco and released

Center advised me Leo had an active warrant for Failure to Appear on a Minor in
Possession charge. Leo was then handcuffed and transported to the Scottsbluff County

Victims reported that sometime overnight a window on their home was damaged by a BB or
similar pellet. The window is a 2'x3' storm window to a bedroom on the northwest corner
