TEXTILE GLOVES

In order to measure out cleaning agents exactly, hold the container upside down over the cloth. The required amount of cleaning liquid will
then be expelled by simply applying pressure onto the security valve.

SLUDGE REMOVAL / MICRO FILTRATION
The slugde removal / micro filtration filters fine particles from the
cleaning agents, thus increasing the pot life of them and results
in considerable cost savings. The settings are freely programmable. The cleaning agent will be pumped in a separate tank
and runs back into the washing unit through a paper filter. The
slugde removal/micro filtration includes the pumping device.

ULTRASONIC CLEANING UNIT
Often stubborn and encrusted dirt can only be removed using aggressive
mechanical cleaning methods which may greatly damage the piece to be cleaned. Some dirt cannot be removed mechanically
as it is in completely inaccessible places. In these cases ultrasound cleaning devices are the only possibility to clean the piece
properly and careful. MORLOCK offers two different devices.

3. The film and repro service at MORLOCK We back up our cliché production with the extensive range of services offered by our film and repro department, and offer comprehensive support in transforming your templates into reproducible printing patterns.
We can process both your prepared computer data and analog final drawings.
We will be happy to store the films produced for you or to send them to you, on request.
In order to give you the most comprehensive information possible, we have summarised
below some very important aspects to be considered when supplying film files to us.

Miscellaneous:

4. Original MORLOCK polymer clichés Polymer clichés, 0.5 mm
MORLOCK offers an extensive range of different materials.
All materials are available in all the common dimensions, as standard in packs of 10.
Available without perforations, with MORLOCK standard perforations or special perforations.
We can offer you the following different versions:
STM 52
- Alcohol has to be used for rinsing For meeting the highest print quality demands and for long working lives with polymer clichés.
A printing plate with a broad range of applications that is naturally also suitable for printings with screen.
ECO
- Alcohol has to be used for rinsing The low-coat alternative to the STM 52, but without compromises in quality.
This plate is frequently used in identification printing for small production runs.
WSA
- Water has to be used for rinsing The WSA plate distinguishes itself within the MORLOCK cliché range in that it has to be rinsed with water. It thus completes the product range of MORLOCK polymer clichés.
Polymer cliché service
Due to their easy handling, polymer clichés can be exposed and rinsed off by the user easily. But MORLOCK naturally offers you a complete service for all types of polymer cliché. Here again you can obtain your ready-to-print
polymer clichés either without perforations, with the MORLOCK standard perforation or with special perforations.

The various steel clichés that are manufactured in-house naturally conform to the high standard of quality of all MORLOCK products. The MORLOCK cliché production always works to the latest state-of-the-art. The latest machines are in operation in our etching shop to guarantee adherence to the demanded etching depths with minimum tolerances.

The MORLOCK classics are unrivalled when it comes to long service lives. This means a maximum quality and contour definition with constant doctoring characteristics and a brilliant printing quality cause manufactured in using only selected materials.
Thin steel clichés, 0.5 mm
Thin steel clichés – like polymer clichés – are available in all sizes and also fit on their support plates or holders. MORLOCK offers two different versions here. Thin steel cliché MKK:
Unique precision machining of the surface ensures a long service life with constant doctoring characteristics
and high-definition printing quality with these clichés. All standard sizes up to 600 mm in length are available.
Available without perforations, with MORLOCK standard perforations or special perforations.
Thin steel cliché MDD:
Low-price high-quality all-rounder in the steel cliché sector with similar fields of application as the thin steel cliché MKK.
Available without perforations, with MORLOCK standard perforations or special perforations in all sizes
up to 600 mm in length (with maximum width 150 mm also available in lengths over 600 mm).
Steel cliché service
Etching:
MORLOCK offers a complete service for all steel clichés. It includes etching and perforation of the clichés, if required. MORLOCK has its own in-house etching department that meets the latest standards in technology and environmental protection. Reprocessing of steel clichés
Used steel clichés can be reprocessed, making a significant contribution to cost saving.
During reprocessing, the cliché is regrounded on both sides before being carefully lapped and coated again.
The cliché is then ready for re-exposing and etching.

6. Original MORLOCK inks and additives The product range of MORLOCK pad printing inks offers you only inks of the highest quality, sub-divided
into different categories. No matter whether you are looking for single-component, two-component or UVdrying pad printing inks, you will always find the right solution for your printing process at MORLOCK.
All common standard and metallic inks, European and effect inks as well
as high-density inks are available at short notice from stock.
Special colour shades:
The exact reproduction of carefully selected colour shades is rapidly growing in importance. In our modern
Colourmetrics department, our highly skilled personnel produce special colours either in accordance with
the common colour charts or with your individual specifications – exactly and reproducibly at any time.
Furthermore, you can produce your own special colours using the MORLOCK basic colour mixing system consisting of 12 basic colour shades. Practice-proven mixing formulations (Morlock Mix) in accordance
with the common colour charts on the basis of Pantone®, HKS, RAL, NCS etc. are available for this.
Additives:
Being a supplier of complete pad printing systems, MORLOCK naturally also offers you all the necessary additives such as thinners, retarders, cleaning agents – in short, all you need for pad printing.
All the products are specially matched to one another.

7. Original MORLOCK printing pads
MORLOCK offers a wide range of different printing pad forms as standard.
All pads are manufactured to the latest technical standards using our computer-controlled system. The exclusive use of high-quality silicon materials and continuous quality control in our laboratory ensure the high standard of our pads.
You can choose from two materials, depending on your production requirements.
Red printing pads
For quick printing sequences and for the highest requirements regarding long service lives and mechanical stress.
Orange printing pads
This version has its absolute advantage in the perfect anti-static properties.
Ink splashes on the printed material or dust on the printing pad are thus ruled out.

Customised designs

10. PRETREATMENT – IONIZATION – DRYING Pad printing is used for printing on a wide range of different materials.
Depending on the material, a surface pretreatment is therefore sometimes indispensable. This can take place in a number of ways and should be discussed in individual cases with the Applications Technology department at MORLOCK.
We would like to describe just two common pretreatment methods here that are employed in pad printing.
PRETREATMENT
Particularly when printing on polymer materials such as PP or PE, it is important to carry out careful pretreatment in order to achieve a simple and durable printing result. For this pretreatment,
MORLOCK offers both corona and gas pretreatment as well as high-efficiency plasma units for installation on all pad printing machines.

IONIZATION
In order to prevent static electricity on the material to be printed or the printing pad, MORLOCK supplies ionization units for installation on any pad printing machine.
These ionization units prevent the spatter of the ink caused by the electrostatic charge and so lead to better printing results and a minimization of printed material scrap.

To be extended on each pad printing machine with rotary table or linear transport. It is ideal for fast drying of the printed product in the automation line.
