Ensure each scoop is levelled. 3. Stir for a few seconds until fully dissolved. 4. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes, then re-stir before serving. Consume thickened fluid and refrigerate any unused portions at 4°C or less for up to 24 hours. For larger volumes (1 litre and over) we suggest using a mechanical device such as a stick blender. To prevent aeration, do not break the surface of the fluid while the blender is running. Measure 170-190 mL of water*. 2. Whilst stirring, add the required dose of instant THICK (from table below) and stir for 30 seconds or until dissolved. 3. Allow to stand for 5-10 minutes, then re-stir. 4. Once the fluid has thickened, gradually add in 1 scoop (40 g) of AdVital. 5. Stir until the AdVital has fully dissolved, then consume.
