and saw a black and red back pack. Behind it was a white female. We saw a white
male start sprinting east down the alley. We told the female to stop. After the
second time of telling her to stop she did.
The female was identified and she had a misdemeanor warrant. She was placed in
cuffs. While searching the back pack incident to arrest, I found prescription pills,
needles and spoons with white residue. Inside the back pack was female and male
clothing. The male that ran was identified and had a felony warrant. Officers
checked the area for him.
The female was transported and arrested for her warrant and listed charges. See
affidavit.
