MOMMY & ME YOGA
The instructor will teach yoga to children through games and storytelling.
They go on yoga adventures using their imagination. Each class is different
and unique since it is based on children’s creativity and on what is going on
around them in the world. Ages 3 to 6. YM/Free NM/$30 (TH) HAN
KICK START EXERCISE PROGRAM
This program will be offered to all new and existing members that
are seeking some guidance with their exercise routine and or
would like to start a healthy eating plan. The Health and Wellness
Director or a trained Wellness Coach will be available to meet with
anyone looking for guidance in areas such:
• losing weight
• gaining muscle mass
• toning
• health seeker
The Health and Wellness Staff will be able to help you set fitness
goals.

for improving your health. Our massage therapists offer a variety of
massages with the client’s comfort their first concern. A private massage
room creates a relaxing atmosphere, too.
