Mission & Impact
Statements
Mission
To promote safe motorcycling and educate the general public about the 9th and 10th cavalry Buffalo Soldiers
and their contribution to American history.
Background
The organization is comprised of active and retired military, law enforcement, and professional men and women
who share a common interest in the sport of motorcycling and the study of the Buffalo Soldiers legacy. We are
dedicated to telling their story while giving special emphasis on the 9th and 10th Cavalry regiments.
We are also Partners in Education with the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and collaborate
with local centers to insure the youth know and understand the significant contributions made by AfricanAmericans to this country's rich history. We express our pride and respect for their many accomplishments
during the decades following the civil war by telling their story of courage and bravery during the settlement of
the American west.
Through community service programs and funding, less fortunate individuals and families are supported as well
as high school students and other non-profit organizations. We strive to create a positive impact in our
community while promoting cultural awareness.

Burt Elementary
Description
We are members of the Partners In Education program at Burt
Elementary. The school is located at 110 Bailey Street. Led by Diana
Hara, Principle, it is one of 21 elementary schools in the ClarksvilleMontgomery School system, Burt School opened in 1952 as a segregated
high school for African-American students. It remained a segregated high
school until 1970, when it was changed to an integrated seventh grade
facility.
Since 1980, the population of Clarksville has rapidly increased, and Burt
has served the school system as an overflow school to provide relief from
overcrowding. Currently, Burt serves as the fourth and fifth grade campus
for students in the St. Bethlehem Elementary School zone.
Our goal is to help refurbish and/ or replace the school's lockers.

This organization filed a 990-N form with the IRS, which does not provide specific financial information. Most
small tax-exempt organizations whose annual gross receipts are normally $50,000 or less ($25,000 for tax
years ending after December 31, 2007 and before December 31, 2010) are required to electronically submit
Form 990-N, also known as the e-Postcard, unless they choose to file a complete Form 990 or Form 990-EZ
instead.
