Customised Solutions and
Stainless Steel Boxes
In close cooperation with our customers,
we design and construct enclosures for any
need and any line of business. Competent
staff members on all levels and sophisticated
equipment, enable us to meet the wishes and
requirements of our customers in a prompt
and efficient way.
We produce individual solutions regarding material, design, colour and degree of protection.
We solve mechanical and electro-technical
questions and supply a product completely
ready for installation.
The product needs no extra processing such
as holes and cutouts. Our production is fully
documented, very flexible and very convertible - to our customers this means, besides
prompt delivery, also complete uniformity
when reordering.
Customised solutions
CUBIC’s customised solutions are found in all possible environments, but are particularly used within train service and the
transport, pharmaceutical, food processing, electronic and windmill industries. That is, industries where the production or the
surroundings are of such nature that special demands are made
to the enclosure of the electrical control systems etc.
At CUBIC’s we are very conscious that a continuous product
development, control and the possibility of customised solutions
are decisive parameters, when future solutions are to be chosen.
On this basis we make high professional demands on our employees so that we promptly can convert the customer’s wishes
to a complete and up-to-date product. In the production process
we have sophisticated and modern CNC equipment, welding and
bending robots at our disposal.
Constant investment in our production equipment, extending and
maintaining the employees’ qualifications gives us the possibility of series producing even large customised solutions in a high
quality at competitive prices.
For wet environments, as
here in a creamery, CUBIC
has developed and designed
a customised control panel
according to the wishes of the
customer. The control panel
shown below is split up in
sections, of which the centre
section has a swivel-type
black instrument plate.
Non-standard painted and
designed box for the use in
the windmill industry. An
area to which huge demands
are made to quality. The
hexagonal shape of the box
makes the exactness in
the production processes
extremely important.

An outdoor enclosure for
telecommunications tested in
wind tunnel aginst wind-driven
rain at 56m/sec.
For the same customer we
have supplied other models
all tested as the enclosure to
the left.
A customised desk for the
productions of semi-conductors used within the electro
industry. The desk has furthermore been provided with
laser engraving.
Two solutions in glass blasted stainless steel for use in
the food processing industry.
Both boxes are IP66.
This acidproof box has been
chosen to be placed on a harbour as it is designed to resist
the aggressive environment.

processes. The box is designed on the
basis of the customer’s wishes.
For use in airports worldwide, one
of our business partner’s supplies
ground power units, which service
parked aeroplanes.

Standard boxes - Stainless Steel
Our wall and floor boxes in stainless steel are characterized by professional workmanship. The boxes are
produced in stainless steel, having a mat ground finish that makes them fit in perfectly in the environments
in which they are placed. The boxes are made of stainless steel throughout, including hinges, locking devices,
etc., and also they have double sealing that effenciently prevents the penetration of impurities and moisture.
Degree of protection IP66 as per IEC 60529 and UL type 4 and 4x..
