knowledge of any physical impairment that would be affected by the above named participant in the “Hangtime” programme as outlined in
the brochure. I also understand that “Hangtime” retains the right to use for publicity and advertising purposes photographs of players taken
at the Camp and reserves the right not to refund any of the camp fees due to participant not attending the programme.
