• 40 ml light rum
• 100 ml apple juice
• 30 ml MONIN Blackberry syrup
• 120 ml cranberry juice

Blackberry Gin
Gourmet Blackberry Mocha
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with
ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into
a cocktail glass.

• 40 ml gin
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with
ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into
a shooter glass.
Berry Wine
• 20 ml MONIN Blackberry syrup
• 120 ml white wine
Straight in a glass. Stir.

Top with lemonade. Stir.

15 ml MONIN Dark Chocolate sauce
1 shot espresso
150 ml milk
Pour the espresso, MONIN sauce and
Blackberry syrup into a large cup. Stir and
reserve. Steam milk. Pour foamed milk over
mix. Stir and serve.

Squeeze lime on mix.
