DAY 1 – MONDAY OCTOBER 23
DEPARTURE FROM TORONTO
Meet you hosts Gideon & Irene Levytam, and board your fight to Tel Aviv, relax

DAY 2 – TUESDAY OCTOBER2 4
ARRIVE TEL AVIV, ISRAEL
Arrival to Ben Gurion Airport, transfer to hotel.
Rest up before your adventure begins.
DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 25
CAESAREA – MEGIDDO – NAZARETH
CANA – SEA OF GALILEE
Your journey starts with a drive along the coastal road to Caesarea. This ancient
city was built by King Herod during the time of Roman rule and served as a
major port. Continue on to Mt. Carmel, a coastal mountain range, and the site of
Elijah’s battle with the gods of Baal. Your host continues to lead you to Tel
Megiddo for spectacular views from selected vantage points. Prepare to be
swept away by the sights of the Valley of Armageddon (Revelation 16:16). This
site is now protected as Megiddo National Park and is a World Heritage Site.
Your adventure continues discovering Nazareth, Yeshua the Messiah’s
childhood hometown (Luke 4:16), and Cana (John 2:1-11). Marvel at the
magnificent vistas from Mt. Arbel overlooking the pristine Sea of Galilee.
DAY 4 – THURSDAY OCTOBER 26
SEA OF GALILEE – CAPERNAUM – MT. OF BEATITUDES – JORDAN RIVER
Set out early this morning as yet another incredible experience awaits as you
take a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, following the footsteps of Yeshua
(Matthew 14:26). Just north of Tiberius is Ginosar where you can behold the
remains of a 2,000 year old fishing boat, traditionally believed to be “Yeshua the
Messiah’s boat”. Find out all about Tabgha with its unique mosaics, visit the
historical site of Capernaum, a fishing village where Jesus first called Peter,
Andrew and Matthew. Capernaum became the center of Yeshua’s ministry.
Later: head up to the renowned Mt. of Beatitudes (Sermon on the Mount)
(Matthew 5, 6, 7). Explore the archaeological ruins of Bethsaida and visit Kursi
(Land of the Gaderenes). Live unforgettable moments by visiting the Baptismal
site at the Jordan River (Matthew 3:1-6).
DAY 5 – FRIDAY OCTOBER 27
TEL DAN (JEROBOAM’S ALTAR) – CAESARIA PHILIPPI – GOLAN
HEIGHTS
Rise early to join your host for the northern reaches of the Promised Land:
Exploring “The Finger of the Galilee”. Begin with a nature walk through Tel Dan
which will bring you to Jeroboam’s Altar (1 Kings 12:28-32) along with your
insightful host’s commentary. Stroll along the misty trails of Banias waterfall and
to the springs and ruins of Caesarea Philippi.
DAY 6 – SATURDAY OCTOBER 28
JORDAN VALLEY – QUASR ELYEHUD – QUMRAN (DISCOVERY STIE OF DEAD SEA
SCROLLS) – DEAD SEA
Depart during the early morning for the Jordan Valley and the uniquely special site of The
Dead Sea. Walk through the ancient site of Beth Shean and learn about King Saul and his
sons. At the spring of Ein Harod your host will share in-depth knowledge about Gideon and
the 300 warriors. Then continue along the Jordan Valley and visit the historical Quasr El
Yehud: the original place of Baptism. At Qumran, the archaeological site where the Dead
Sea Scrolls were found, your guide will reveal fascinating insights about the Essenes. After
an exhilarating day, you will be treated to the ultimate experience of soaking in the cool
water of the Dead Sea.
DAY 7 – SUNDAY OCTOBER 29
MASADA – EIN GEDI – JERUSALEM
Start by riding a cable car to the top of Masada, an ancient fortress built on a mountain top
in the Judean desert. During the Great Revolt of the Jews against Rome, a group of
Jewish rebels settled in the fort. After the destruction of the Second Temple (70 CE), the
Romans continued to put down the revolt and laid siege to Masada. Afterwards, travel to
Ein Gedi, where King David once hid in its wilderness (1 Samuel 24:1-2), then take a hike to
its secluded oasis. Wrap up the day off to Jerusalem, the Holy City.
DAY 8 – MONDAY OCTOBER 30
JERUSALEM: MT. OF OLIVES – GARDEN OF GETHSEMANE
CITY OF DAVID – WESTERN WALL
Head out to the Mount of Olives, following the footsteps of Yeshua. Later, walk down the
Palm Sunday Road to the Garden of Gethsemane. Gain a deeper understanding as you
stroll through the historical City of David, including Hezekia’s Tunnel. Learn facts while you
enjoy a 3D movie. After that, head to the Western Wall (the holiest place for the Jewish).
DAY 9 – TUESDAY OCTOBER 31
MT. ZION – VIA DOLOROSA – POOL OF BETHESDA – BETHLEHEM
Today’s eye-opening excursion starts at Mount Zion, and the Upper Room, a room in
Jerusalem traditionally held to be the site of The Lord’s Passover and the Last Supper.
Entering the Old City (Psalm 122), your host offers profound insights as we walk through
The Via Dolorosa and visit the site of the Pool of Bethesda (John 5:1-9). Today’s tour also
includes stops at Ecce Homo, Cardo, and the Southern Steps upon which our Lord Jesus
the Messiah stepped when he entered the temple in Jerusalem. In the afternoon travel to
Bethlehem, the place of the Nativity, and Shepherd’s Field, the location of the angel’s
visitation to the shepherds to announce the birth of the Messiah (Luke 2).
DAY 10 – MONDAY NOVEMBER 1
ISRAEL MUSEUM – YAD VASHEM
Delve deeper into the past by visiting the Israel Museum, catch a glimpse of what the
Second Temple in Jerusalem looked like and visit the Shrine of the book, where some of
The Dead Sea scrolls are on display. See the Knesset and visit the Holocaust memorial at
Yad Vashem. In the afternoon, set off to the Valley of Elah; travelling by road to the “dry
riverbed” (David & Goliath). Leave for Tel Beth Shemesh and oversee the Soreq Valley
(return of the Holy Ark and the birth of Samson).
DAY 11 – TUESDAY NOVEMBER 2
THE MIDRACHOV – MAHNE YEHUDA MARKET
Shop, explore and relax on a leisure day in Jerusalem. Visit Ben Yehuda Street also known
as the “Midrachov”, a major street for pedestrian shopping in downtown Jerusalem. Mingle
with the locals at Mahne Yehuda Market and practice your Hebrew skills.
DAY 12 – FRIDAY NOVEMBER 3
DEPARTURE FROM TEL AVIV
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight bound for Toronto. Bid farewell to Israel, with
memories that will live in your heart forever.
