Sport shorts must be dress code length. Hats that go with the team or the sport may be worn as long as they are not
disruptive to learning. All shirts and jerseys must have sleeves. You must wear a t-shirt underneath the jersey or shirt if
there are no sleeves.
Ideas - Mathlete: Dress like a nerd – suspenders, glasses (with tape wrapped around the middle as if broken), pants with
a high waist or pants that are too short (floods), plaid clothing patterns, button up short sleeve shirts (buttoned to the
top), sweater vests, ties or bow ties, pocket protectors, high socks with crazy patterns or thick white socks, t-shirts with
science fiction logos (e.g. Star Trek, Star Wars) tucked into pants, parted and slicked back hair for guys, and hair in buns
and pig tails for girls.
Tuesday, Nov. 24
Blue & White Day (All-for-All Competition Day) - In order to participate in All-for-All Competition Day, you must wear blue
pants (not shorts) and a plain white shirt. No aqua pants. You may wear blue jeans for pants as long as they meet dress
code jean standards. White shirts must be plain and free of logos. The only exception is a quarter-sized logo such as the
polo symbol or small Nike symbol.
Hats worn must be appropriate to the theme. Hats are not allowed on Blue and White Day.
Dress-up outfits must connect to each day’s theme; Spirit Week is NOT an excuse to wear just anything. All normal dress code rules regarding
modesty (no visible underwear, no exposed midriff, no cleavage, proper length of skirts and shorts, etc.) and safety (chains, pins, gang insignia/colors,
etc.) will be enforced.
Any infractions of the above rules will result in suspension from the practices and/or All-for-All Competition in addition to normal dress code violation
consequences.
