We offer Special Accommodation Rates of €45.00 Per Person Sharing and Single Supplement of
€20.00 to Guests Attending Your Wedding. All Rates Include a Hearty Full Irish Breakfast. We
Hold All Allocation Of Rooms for the Bride and Groom. This facility Allows You to Block
Book a Minimum of 10 Room and A Maximum of 20 Rooms on the Evening of Your Wedding.
All Wedding Guests Must Book Directly With the Bride and Groom, Allowing You to Give
Priority to Family and Close Friends. Any Extra Rooms not required on the Evening of Your
Wedding Must Be Realised a Minimum of Six Weeks before the Wedding Date.
Wedding Guests staying in the Hotel can avail of the Residence Bar which is Open until 4 am.
Civil Ceremonies
Here at Rathkeale House Hotel We Can Also Cater for Couples who Wish to Have a Civil
Wedding Ceremony. We Have a Number of Reception Rooms that Have Been Passed as
Suitable Venues for this Service.
Each Room is Beautifully Decorated with Flowers and Candles, the Seating is Elegantly Covered
with Chair Covers and Bows. Making for an Intimate and Special Occasion.
Banqueting Facilities
Here at Rathkeale House Hotel we can Cater for Weddings of all Sizes with a Varity of
Beautifully Decorated Rooms for you to Choose from. Minimum Guest Numbers of 80 on
Fridays and Saturdays from May To August, The Garden Room has a Maximum Capacity of 250
Guests.
Terms and Conditions

An initial deposit of €1,000.00 is required to secure any wedding date, a further deposit
of €1,000.00 is required 6 months prior to your wedding date. Both of these deposits are
non refundable and non transferable.

The balance of your wedding bill must be settled in full the day after your wedding. You
may settle your bill by cash, cheque or bank draft.

Prices quoted are in Euros and are valid at the time of issue. Prices for following years
are generally finalised in line with food and labour costs approximately 12 months in
advance.

Final details of menus, drinks etc are required 6 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Final numbers must be decided 2 days prior to the wedding day. This number will be the
minimum charged for. If the number increases on the day, the larger number will be
charged for.

All prices are inclusive of VAT.

No food or beverages may be served on the premises unless the hotel has given its
permission, with the exception of wedding cake.

A Bride and Groom must book a minimum of 10 rooms to include the Bridal Suite on
the evening of the wedding.

Should you be forced to postpone your wedding the original deposit paid may be
transferred to a date within 12 months of the date.

It is hotel policy not to accept wedding gifts. These will be directed to a member of the
bridal party designated by the Bride and Groom.

All wedding items brought into the hotel such as wedding cake, wine (where corkage
applies) flower arrangements, favours etc are to be collected the morning after the
wedding. The hotel cannot accept responsibility for any of those items after this time.

Residents bar is available at the discretion of the manager on duty and is only available to
Rathkeale House Hotel Residents.

The hotel may cancel the event in the following circumstances.
1. The hotel has reason to believe the booking has been made by a third party or under
false pretences which might prejudice the reputation of the hotel.
2. The hotel receives evidence of any adverse alteration in the client’s financial situation.
3. Should any guest attending the event behave in any way considered to be detrimental,
offensive or contrary to normal expected standards of behaviour.
