Semester 4, the student is eligible to be awarded the Certificate of
Technology.

Students seeking the Texas Department of State Health Services
Licensed Paramedic, must complete all classes for certification as a
TDSHS Paramedic, plus they must be awarded an Associate Degree in
EMS, or possess a bachelors or higher degree in any subject.
