Skills Marketplace
Finding the right talent to meet your organizational needs can be a daunting task.
According to recent research, 62% of organizations identified sourcing talent as the
greatest challenge with regards to talent acquisition. If your organization is like
most, you may also struggle with securing candidates who have an understanding
of your company’s objectives, industry, and products, as well as the key skills
needed for success. While you may have access to an average talent pool, you still
need to find a way to link a candidate to the best position, based on the candidate’s
experience and the needs of your business.
What if you could remove the struggles and difficulties of recruiting candidates who
fit your business needs, are familiar with the tools/software it uses and have an
understanding of your objectives? The Infor® Education Alliance Program (EAP) has
developed the Skills Marketplace, which connects your organization with skilled
talent that can help fill your recruitment gaps.
About the offering
Infor has invested in the Education Alliance Program (EAP) to build a skilled pipeline
of talent that has knowledge and expertise about our products and industries.
Infor’s Skills Marketplace fills knowledge recruitment gaps by connecting talent with
global, market-leading brands, customers, and partners to discover employment
and partnership opportunities. The candidates in the Marketplace gain expertise by
participating in industry-sponsored class course or project work, within Infor product
and solution supported Centers of Excellence, through self-directed study toward
product certification, and/or by participating as a Scholar intern at Infor.
