*10th ANNUAL SPIRITFEST FUN RUN OCTOBER 7th, 2016*
through 5th grade students are invited to participate in the
10th Annual “Spiritfest Fun Run” at the Sevier Middle School
Track. Return the slip below and a check for $5.00 to your
child’s teacher by Tuesday, October 4th.
2ND
2nd and 3rd grade students will complete a ½ mile race.
(2 laps around the Sevier track) Arrive at the times listed
below to pick up an official number!
 2nd grade girls run at 4:00 (Arrive at 3:45)
 2nd grade boys run at 4:10 (Arrive at 3:55)
 3rd grade girls run at 4:20 (Arrive at 4:05)
 3rd grade boys run at 4:30 (Arrive at 4:15)
4th and 5th grade students will complete a 1 mile race.
(4 laps around the Sevier track)
 4th grade girls run at 4:45 (Arrive at 4:30)
 4th grade boys run at 5:00 (Arrive at 4:45)
 5th grade girls and boys run at 5:15 (Arrive at 5:00)
 All runners must arrive at the track 15 minutes early to receive a
number to pin on their jersey and to warm-up for the race.
 All runners will receive a participatory ribbon.
 The top 6 girls and boys in each grade level will enjoy lunch and
an afternoon of “Capture the Football” with Mrs. Hawkins.
The goal of this event is to promote physical activity as a fun
and healthy way to spend time with family and friends. All
proceeds will go to Paris Elementary PTA. Please make checks
payable to Paris PTA. The Wade Hampton Cross Country Team
and Coach Rick Zeller will be on site to help with the event.
