Before Lite n’ Easy, I was a size 14 and about to go up
to a 16, the biggest I had ever been. I started to make
excuses not to go out because I didn’t like how I looked.
I became very self conscious and uncomfortable
being around people. I was missing out on life.
I was also approaching 40 and I felt that I wasn’t
being a good role model for my children by not looking

Once I’d been on Lite n’ Easy for a couple of weeks I just got
into the momentum and it was so simple. I lost 14 kilos in

Ryan’s Story
When I was younger I was very active, played a lot of
sport and basically ate whatever I wanted. As the years
went by though, injuries started to take their toll on me
and slowed me down, but my food intake didn’t change.
As a busy builder, I had fallen into the habit of eating
irregularly, which often meant no breakfast, lunch on
the run and a massive dinner. The excess kilos piled on
but with 3 young boys, my own business and no spare
time for exercise, my personal needs fell down the
priority ladder.
Our boys range in age from 7-11 and sport is a huge
part of their lives. So the main reason I finally decided
to try and lose weight was for them. I was struggling to
keep up and I didn’t want to be the kind of dad who
sat and watched them from the sidelines.
The taste and convenience exceeded all my
expectations. I can grab my breakfast and lunch bags
in the morning then head off to the various work sites.
At night I can just heat up my own dinner and still eat
with the family.
I started at 113 kilos and after only 8 weeks I was under
the magical 100 kilos. Another 10 weeks and I was
down to 93 kilos, the lightest I have been in years!
Being healthy and being able to spend more time with
my boys – that is the best part about Lite n’ Easy.
It’s changed my life.
MEETS THE MAN
OF HER DREAMS!
My weight has always been an issue. I was the “fat kid”
at school and I kept getting bigger and bigger into my
adulthood. At my heaviest I was a whopping 150 kilos
and I was addicted to food. I had been diagnosed with
sleep apnoea and my health was a ticking time bomb.
I was depressed, socially withdrawn and miserable.
Then something amazing happened.
In February 2014 I met a Dutch guy named John
in an online gaming room and we had an instant
connection. Over the next few months our online
relationship blossomed very quickly and I knew the
possibility of meeting him one day could be very real.
This was all the motivation I needed to change
myself for the better. Even though John loved me for
me and could look beyond the exterior, I wanted to
feel better about myself and improve my health
for our future together.
From the moment I began Lite n’ Easy, I found the
food to be delicious and very satisfying. No more
excuses! My willpower grew stronger everyday. I
found the kilos dropping very quickly and a growing
confidence in myself. My whole attitude started to
change for the better.
I’ve lost 80 kilos and now weigh 70 kilos. John came
out to Australia to meet me last year and we are madly
in love. Life has changed very quickly for me. I am
less than half my starting weight and very happy with
where my life is going.

Have a plan of attack
Exercise
•If you are a morning person, exercise in the morning.
If you are a bit of a night owl, exercise in the evening.
Release the endorphins and start to feel
happy and more relaxed (you really will enjoy
it!). And don’t forget to warm up and warm
down. Your body will really appreciate it.
•You are more likely to commit to your exercise regime
if you know you are going to enjoy it. So, if you like to
run, then run. If you like to dance, then dance.
•If you like your exercise to help declutter your head,
then exercise alone. But, if adding a social element
to exercise means that you’ll do it, then exercise

•If the climate allows it, get outdoors (you’ll enjoy the
fresh air). But, stay indoors if it is too cool for you outside.
