Head & Jamb INTUMET™ Seals
Intumescent fire seals for use where smoke and draft control
is not required. Mortised into wood doors or frames, or into
edge strips of wood or composite door leaf. Wide range of
choices tested to positive pressure standards, including UBC
7-2 1997 and BS 476-Part 22 1987. Contact Zero's
engineering department for fire listings and classifications.
Available in black color. Supplied in 8 feet (2.4m) coil. Other
colors and sizes available upon request. Can also be
supplied without pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) tape.

engineered for improved performance and shelf life. These
self-extinguishing, flame-retardant seals are formulated
with a proprietary chemistry using silicone and graphite.
Custom shapes can be extruded using this technology.
