Payments are due ON TIME during ELT.
We are arranging a trip for 100 people. We urge you to help us stay organized in this task by making your payments on
time. Planning a trip like this for so many people can get tricky. If your payment doesn’t come in on time, we might
assume you are no longer interested in going. Payments will be made directly to a member of the Music Parents
organization during ELT on due dates listed above. If you require an alternate payment schedule, please contact Jill
Leopold (850-7239 or [email protected]). Your information will be kept confidential. All payments must be
made by February 27, 2015 to secure your spot.
Payments are made in a SEALED ENVELOPE.
We are collecting money from 100 people. To keep things organized, all payments MUST be turned in inside a SEALED
ENVELOPE. Again, payments are made during ELTs on payment due dates. DO NOT just plop money down on Mr.
Yenor’s or Mrs. Anderson’s desk and expect us to know who it’s from. Students will be expected to turn in payments
DIRECTLY to a member of the Music Parents organization during ELT.
Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
As we contract transportation, hotel, and other trip amenities (such as admission to Great America, City Museum,
Riverboat Dinner Cruise, etc), we have to make payments for these things. Which means that...as you make your trip
payments, we’re immediately using that money to pay the bills. It’s gone. It’s being spent. If something happens—
whether a family emergency arises or you otherwise change your mind and don’t want to go anymore—we have nothing
to refund you with.
Trip cost must be FULLY PAID to go.
All payments must be paid before students and/or chaperones can board the bus. No exceptions. Students have plenty
of opportunity to earn trip money through fundraisers and plenty of time to make payments by the due date. Students who
are not fully paid will not go to St. Louis.

CHAPERONE INFORMATION
All chaperones are required to pass a background check per new school district guidelines. If interested, please check
the box below and provide a phone number and email where you can be reached during the school day. We will contact
you once we know how many students are going and how many chaperones we will take on the trip. Preference will be
given to parents who have been active within the Music Parents organization.
