Adult Archery League
Zentangle®
Some people enjoy the solitude of archery as an individual sport.
But many also enjoy the camaraderie of others that share their
love for the sport. So grab your bow and a friend and join us for
some fun this spring!
Zentangle is an easy to learn method of creating beautiful
images from structured patterns. In the Intro class you will learn
the vocabulary and technique and create a tile consisting of four
patterns. With a more intense focus the Zentangle Workshop
will cover more techniques and the participant will create two
tiles using a total of eight patterns or tangles.
League play will consist of three rounds of four targets, three
arrows per target. Points are awarded for accuracy; teams with
the highest point totals win. NFAA style round paper targets will
be used.

Nutrition in Question: Going Against the Grain to Restore Digestive Health
In the nutrition and wellness field for over 15 years, registered dietitian Shana Hussin thought she had digestive health all figured
out… until her son was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease. After months of research, Shana no longer believes in the
standard American nutrition guidelines, and in this program she will outline why our nation is in nutritional crisis. If you are
suffering from digestive issues, stalled weight loss, autoimmune disease, unexplainable pain, fatigue or brain
fog, your gut health may be compromised! Overall health begins in the gut, but how do you start to heal?
Learn about basic digestion, leaky gut, foods to include and avoid, and a step by step approach to heal your
gut and your body for good.

Your organization can be a part of helping us achieve our goal by placing a full color advertisement in these Program Guides. In
addition to reaching potential customers, your ad tells citizens that you are committed to helping improve the quality of life for all
