“There aren’t too many wines that
seem underpriced. This Jansz
sparkling white is one of them. It
has character and some welldressed guts; the bubble is
moussy, by which we mean that it’s
fluffy and seems to expand in your
mouth. There’s a bit of waxy apple
and strawberry, some William
pears in cream and it is even and
well measured. It’s not a Johnny
One Note.”
