opportunity for one on one classes. The school is the Proyecto Lingüístico Francisco
Study Spanish in Antigua, Guatemala "The Land of Eternal Spring" where the
weather is always cool in the mountains in the 60s and 70s. Antigua Guatemala is
an UNESCO World Heritage Center due to the exquisite preservation of its colonial
architecture. Antigua is in the heart of Mayan country.
Marroquín, the oldest Spanish language school in Antigua, PLFM is also unique
because it is a non-profit, teaches Mayan languages as well as Spanish.

How to Apply On-Line for Study Abroad
Step 1:
Go to www.kirkwood.edu/studyabroad and select your program of choice from
Short-Term Programs. Click the "Apply Now" button on each program's page.
Step 2:
Enter your name and e-mail.
Step 3:
Check your e-mail -- You will receive log-in credentials via email.
Step 4:
Log-in via your temporary username and password.
(You can create a permanent password at this point)
Step 5:
Log-in at: www.kirkwood.edu/studyabroad with e-mail and
new username.
Step 6:
Submit your $500 non-refundable deposit check or money order
