We Can Now Can Offer Mortgages to our Members!
Cleveland Heights Teachers Credit Union is always looking for the best ways to serve our members. In the spirit
of the credit union’s cooperative principles, we’ve recently developed a relationship with Ohio Educational Credit
Union, a neighboring credit union in Cleveland, to offer our members a variety of mortgage options. Whether
you’re a first-time home buyer or interested in refinancing your existing mortgage, call Shane directly and tell him
you’re from CHTCU and he’ll be happy to answer all of your questions. Take a look!

various programs including FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans. So let me help you with all your mortgage needs.

Let Us H.E.L.P. You with
FREE
Financial Seminars
At CHTCU, we’re here to serve
you, and we’re proud to offer a series
of FREE financial seminars. We asked
our membership how we could help, and
the result was H.E.L.P. (Host Educational
Learning Programs). Over 90 members
responded, and the winning response
came from Tina Bedrick, who received
a $25 gift card from Giant Eagle. We are
still working out the details for these FREE
seminars, which will start this spring. Watch
for more information in our upcoming
newsletters, or ask us the next time you visit
Cleveland Heights Teachers Credit Union!
We Earned an A+ On Our Exam
Every year, state regulators visit credit unions
to review their financial practices and examine the soundness and security of the financial
institution. We’re happy to announce that for
the second year in a row, CHTCU received a
“no findings” report from our examiners, which
means that everything is in order and there were
no practices or situations that needed to be
improved or changed. This means our financial
status is healthy, and our operation is in good standing! We’re also happy
to announce that we had a good year with our income, and were able to
triple our dividend rate in December. This is just one of the ways credit
unions give back to their members. In order to earn dividends, you must
maintain a $50 average daily balance in your share savings account. Thank
you for being a valued member of CHTCU!
