 MATERIAL HANDLERS – Picking orders from inventory. Unloading, moving and storing

Identifying and verifying parts. Reporting inventory shortages and recommending new orders.

 LINE OPERATORS – Understanding job reporting. Understanding typical product defects,
awareness of safety precautions. Ability to follow controlled procedures for silk screening
process. Previous experience with silk screening is a plus.
 FACILITY SERVICES CLEANER – Assist cleaning of flooring, restrooms, break rooms, cafeteria,
and general office areas. Identify any areas of improvement or repairs and communicate to Group
Leader. Empty waste receptacles and dispose of any trash that may be dropped throughout the
day. Prepare and paint surfaces, equipment or general structures as required. Scrub and wax
high traffic floor areas. Assist in ground keeping including, but not limited to, grass trimming,
outside trash, and snow removal. Assist with GMP initiatives to include improvements in
department cleanliness. (Dusting, floor scrubbing, waxing, and painting.) Will be required to
perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.

WORKER ELIGIBILITY FOR TRADE ACT BENEFITS
The US Department of Labor has certified that workers of Brady Worldwide Inc., dba
Electromark, Wolcott NY, including on-site leased workers from Randstad and Adecco, may
be eligible for Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA). The petition number is 83254. This
petition applies to all workers who:
 Were engaged in work related to the production of signs, tags, and labels
 Were laid off between 11/18/2012 and 1/8/2014 or
 Were notified that they will be laid off by 1/8/2016
TAA benefits may include:
 Training in a new skill
 Allowances to: Cover costs while looking for work outside current commuting area
And/or relocate family and household goods to such a new job.
 Weekly cash benefits while looking for new employment, or attending approved
training
 A wage subsidy for older workers if they find a new job that pays less
